Self -Regulating Coaching 

Self-regulation coaching is an approach to coaching that helps individuals develop the ability to manage and control their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a way that supports their goals and overall well-being. It focuses on building emotional intelligence and stress management skills and responding thoughtfully rather than impulsively in challenging situations.

In self-regulation coaching, clients learn techniques and strategies to:
